Which tier should I start with?
If your child is mostly doing fine but you want better materials, start with Self-Study (free 7-day trial, no card)
If your child is struggling with specific topics, the Coaching plan gives you a monthly safety net at a fraction of weekly tuition cost
If your child needs full structure and accountability, the Weekly Live plan is built for that.

Can I switch plans?
Yes — switch up or down anytime from your dashboard.
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens during a free trial?
For the Self-Study plan: 7 days of full Moodle access, no card required. Cancel anytime, no payment ever taken if you don't continue. For the Weekly Live plan: a 30-minute free trial lesson with me, where I assess your child and we decide together if it's a fit.

Are sessions on Zoom?
Yes — all live sessions run on Zoom with screen sharing and a digital whiteboard. Sessions are recorded so your child can rewatch later.

Is this aligned with the MOE syllabus?
Yes — all content maps directly to the MOE Lower Secondary Mathematics syllabus. Whether your child is in Express, Normal Academic, or IP, the foundational topics covered are the same.

My child is already doing tuition. Can we use this alongside?
Many of our Self-Study and Coaching plan students do exactly that.
The platform becomes their structured practice, and existing tuition becomes about live clarification.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard, no questions asked. You keep access through the end of your billing month.

What if my child needs a tutor for a test in 3 days?
Pay-per-session bookings are available for any active subscriber.
Slots are usually available within 24–48 hours, sooner for urgent test prep.
